Swati holds an MBA from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai (2008-09) and an advanced MBA in Strategic HR Analytics and Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai (2020).

Her career spans diverse industries such as aviation, hospitality, retail, and e-commerce, where she has worked with both global corporations and homegrown startups. Swati's expertise covers a wide range of HR functions, including administration, training, compliance, payroll management, talent acquisition and retention, and employee engagement. She has contributed to prominent organizations like Paris Ale India Pvt. Ltd., Livewell Aviation, Ctrip.com, and Tivoli & Parkland Hotels.

Currently, Swati leads People and Culture at Bright Hospitality Group, focusing on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Recognized for her dedication during the pandemic, she was awarded "Best People and Culture Professional" in 2021 and the HR Excellence Award in 2023.
