About Us

Bright Hospitality Private Limited is a privately owned, dedicated parent company to some of the most experiential food businesses in Delhi NCR, and is now growing throughout the country.

Started by Rajan Sethi, it was his breakaway from the more traditional family business setup to a completely unventured line of work— into the world of food and hospitality. With a focused and an unwavering love for feeding himself and others, Rajan began the journey with the legendary grill and bar deck, a dining hall that serves thousands of voracious corporate diners and travellers in Connaught Place. The Grand Trunk Road—a food saga that encompasses South Asian countries and their love for kebabs, tikkas, curries, and, of course, a good old drink.

Not far behind was Deepika Sethi, vital to all of  Rajan’s plans and his partner in life, who joined the business. It was a very organic growth, where the family now runs the business not just in the office but also in the living room, while walking dogs, and often at the dining table, always with their team, family, and friends alike. The couple today, along with celebrated Chef partners Chef Vanshika Bhatia, Tarannum Sehgal, and Brand Lead Grace Muivah are the force behind some of the most well-timed and foodscape-defining concepts in the trifecta city of Delhi NCR and beyond — Calcutta, Chandigarh & Indore.
