Harshit Moza, a passionate Kashmiri chef, discovered his love for cooking as a young boy, learning the intricacies of flavors and techniques alongside his mother in the kitchen. By the time he was in third grade, his fascination with food had already taken root, paving the way for his future as a culinary artist.
Harshit pursued his formal education at Queen Margaret University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in International Culinary Arts. This academic foundation, combined with his natural talent, equipped him with the skills to thrive in the global culinary scene.
Harshit began his professional journey in the United States, where he had the privilege of working with Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina. This experience introduced him to the world of fine dining and honed his ability to craft exquisite dishes with precision and creativity. Seeking new challenges and inspiration, he later moved to Canada, where he immersed himself in the culinary traditions of French and Mediterranean cuisine—his personal favorites.
Outside the kitchen, Harshit finds solace in his other passion: music. A devoted fan of rock, he often spends his free time playing his electric guitar, channeling the same creativity and intensity into his music as he does into his cooking.
With his rich Kashmiri heritage, global culinary expertise, and artistic sensibilities, Harshit Moza continues to inspire and delight through his food, blending tradition and innovation to create memorable dining experiences.
