Restaurant Operations Manager

Christy is a caring and hardworking operational manager at BHPL. Her welcoming nature and ability to make people feel comfortable have made her loved by both her team and customers. While she is fun and cheerful at times, she is also strict and focused when it comes to work, ensuring everything runs smoothly.  

With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Christy’s journey has been inspiring. She started with a strong educational background, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University after completing her schooling in Manipur. Over the years, she has worked with some of the best restaurants and hotels, including DLF Emporio Restaurants Ltd., Café Eureka, DLF Riveria Commercial Development Ltd., and The Taj Mahal Hotel.  

Now, as the Operational Manager at BHPL, Christy leads her team with great skill. She is excellent at managing teams, building strong customer relationships, creating menus, and handling conflicts. Her hard work and dedication have won her many awards, such as "Star of the Month" and "Rising Star of the Month."  

Outside of her professional life, Christy loves listening to music, reading, and gardening. She speaks English, Hindi, and Manipuri, which helps her connect with people from different backgrounds.  

Christy’s positive attitude, friendly nature, and passion for her work make her a great leader in the hospitality industry. She continues to inspire her team and create unforgettable experiences for everyone she works with.
