Chef Chetna Chopra’s culinary journey is one of curiosity, passion, and a deep respect for food. She began her career with the Olive Group, where she played an important role in shaping and building new brands within their portfolio. Her search for knowledge and authenticity then took her to Italy, where she studied Gastronomic Sciences and immersed herself in the global food movement.

Over the years, Chetna lived and worked across Italy in diverse roles — as a researcher, forager, winemaker, private chef, and even a farmer, growing her own produce and bringing it to the table in thoughtful, elevated ways. This experience shaped her into a strong advocate for slow food, sustainability, and ingredient-led cooking, values that continue to define her philosophy today.

At OMO, Chetna now leads the brand’s culinary direction, refining the kitchen’s food, beverage, and fermentation programs while developing menus that remain true to OMO’s ingredient-first ethos. Her vision extends beyond the plate, weaving authenticity and innovation into the larger identity of the brand. For Chetna, food is not just craft, but a dialogue between nature, culture, and community — a belief that guides her every day at OMO.
