Sushil Pant is a well-known mixologist in India and the Beverage Head at AMPM, bringing over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before joining Bright Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., he worked with some of the country’s most recognized bars and restaurants, including Hyatt Regency Delhi, Bo-Tai, Together at 12th, Mia’s, and Home Delhi. At Home Delhi, he played a key role in developing its beverage program, contributing to its recognition as one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2022.

Sushil specializes in modern bartending techniques, combining classic cocktail craftsmanship with innovative approaches to flavors, presentation, and ingredient use. His expertise in blending traditional and contemporary methods has made him a respected name in the beverage industry.

He has also earned recognition at national and international platforms, securing top positions in prestigious competitions, including:
