Sushil Pant is the Beverage Head at Bright Hospitality, leading the group’s beverage programs across Delhi, Kolkata, Gurgaon, and Chandigarh. With a career built through hands-on experience behind the bar, he brings a strong understanding of cocktails, flavour, and hospitality to every program he works on.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Dehradun, Sushil began his career at the Polo Lounge at Hyatt Regency Delhi before working across some of Delhi NCR’s leading bars. His professional journey includes a significant stint at HOME, ranked No. 30 in Asia by Asia’s 50 Best Bars, as well as his association with AMPM.

A four-time National Finalist at the Ultimate Bartender Championship, winner of MTSR North India, and Bacardi Legacy finalist, Sushil has also represented Indian bartending through guest shifts and international takeovers in Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.

At Bright Hospitality, he leads beverage development with a focus on thoughtful flavour, contemporary techniques, and creating drinks that are as enjoyable as they are well crafted.
