Rajan Sethi is the Managing Director of Bright Hospitality Private Limited (BHPL). He is a second-generation immigrant from Lahore (now Pakistan) from a modest business family, known for operating with a lot of love. Rajan has a degree in International Business and a deep affection for Indian-born global brands.

Rajan took the reins of BHPL in its current form in 2007. Under his leadership, the company has grown to encompass 9 different brands and has been disruptive in the high-end premium food and beverage (FnB) space. BHPL caters to 5,000 diners daily, showcasing an immense love for dining and diners alike.

The company's portfolio includes family-run, award-winning spaces like Ikk Panjab and the future-forward, 100% Indian ingredient-focused OMO Soul Food Community. Rajan's audacious approach has brought delight to every project he undertakes.

Beyond his professional life, Rajan is an adventurous individual. He is a highly skilled professional motorbike rider and mountaineer. He describes himself as a music-loving, wife-fearing good man who is always curious about adventures, life, and culinary experiences.
