A food connoisseur and travel enthusiast, Rajan wanted every Indian to savor the flavors of the world and further went on to disrupt the food and beverages industry. Today, BHPL has conceptualized and created some of the most well-known brands by making food not just a delicacy but an experience. Each brand, namely AM PM, The California Boulevard, The G.T. Road, Eternity and Ikk Panjab, true to its name is designed to cater to specific audiences. Rajan loves consistency and dining in style but is not afraid to step off the usual circuit in order to try something new. Along with a team of versatile Chefs and and highly qualified professionals, he works to make each venue an experiential delight!

Born in a liberal Sikh family, Rajan has always been a dreamer. After completing his graduation, he had the option of joining his father's electronics business but he chose to go to Sydney, Australia to study in 1999. Armed with a MBA in International Business from Macquaire University, he joined the family business, However his heart yearned to step into an unchartered territory.
Rajan is an avid traveller, a wildlife enthusiast, a seasoned mountaineer and an ardent Harley biker. His passion is to explore new countries, cultures and cuisines. He jovially describes himself as 'god-loving, wife-fearing man who loves merging his passion with a noble profession. A professional to the core, he believes in setting gold standards in the world of hospitality.

With career spanning over 17 years of entrepreneurship, Vikram loves to steer & live the responsibility for his team every day. He is backed by high energy, analytical skills & service-oriented mindset and rides high on his project management skills with focus on agile methodologies & leadership skills to provide best of the services to ever demanding customers & dynamics of the businesses. He has done B. Tech (Software Engineering) from Punjabi University, Patiala.
He demonstrates exemplary experience in designing strategic solutions to problems encountered in daily operations and to enhance/optimize their experience to provide best in class service to the customers.
He is a die-hard Manchester United fan, an avid music listener and a fitness freak who has participated in many Half-Marathons.

Pawan is the General Manager at BHPL. He has been an indispensable part of the company as he has been with BHPL from when it was only one property. He has completed his BSE from Meerut University and has been in the hospitality industry for the last 16 years. When asked about his attachment towards BHPL, he is often out of words since he has himself been a pillar in structuring the organization. He appreciates that the team at BHPL is constantly innovating and they can confidently call themselves “different” from others. As a true Delhiite, he is fond of both cricket and tandoori chicken.

Sandeep is the head of operations at BHPL. He has completed his BSE in hospitality and hotel management from IHMCT & AN, Bhuvneshwar. Sandeep has been with BHPL for almost 5 years, after having worked with renowned brands such as Hyatt and Radisson. He enjoys working with BHPL as he has always been an admirer of Mr. Rajan Sethi’s work. Sandeep is extremely passionate about his work and the word workaholic best describes him. In his little spare time, he enjoys outdoor games and relishes a good hakka chinese meal with family!

Swati heads the HR department for BHPL bringing over 12 years of experience from the hotels service sector. She has done her MBA from Welingkar University, Mumbai. Swati is excited to be part of the BHPL journey. She appreciates the extensive opportunities for growth BHPL has to offer and is enjoying working on some exciting upcoming projects. In her spare time, she likes to read and relish her favourite kadhi chawal!

Grace looks after the guest relations at BHPL and is a graduate in hospitality from IHM Calcutta. She has been working with the company for 3 years and has built a great rapport with her customers. Grace appreciates that her role at BHPL keeps her at her toes. She loves the office energy and finds comfort in the people she works with. Known to have a widespread knowledge in different cuisines, Grace also provides valuable input in food tastings. However, after having tried some exquisite food, she enjoys a simple pizza accompanied with beer and music!

Hailing from a family of professional businessmen, Deepika's initiation into the world of business began very early. She assisted her father and her brothers in the family business when she was in college. Therefore it's no surprise that she has been the eternal troubleshooter and the emotional anchor of BHPL from its initial days.
Deepika's strategic acumen, situational adaptability, empathetic nature and understanding of ground realities makes her an inspirational leader. She works closely with Research, Marketing, Sales and Communication teams at BHPL. She also manages the new projects of the company, ensures its flawless execution and never shies from rolling up her sleeves to get the work done.
Deepika loves driving off with her family to the hills to recharge her batteries and often accompanies her husband Rajan on his Harley Davidson bike rides across the country. An alumni of Jesus and Mary College, Delhi she is the 'go-to' person for any task or challenge.
A nature lover, a magnanimous host, a proud mother, a loving wife, a dependable friend, Deepika wears multiple hats with ease. She is truly the wind beneath the wings of BHPL as it soars to new heights !

Neha heads the marketing and communication for BHPL and has been with the company for 3 years. She has graduated from GGSIP University with a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass communication. After many years of experience, Neha has finally found her place. She appreciates the supportive and flexible environment at the organization. In one word, she describes her work as “fun”. A fan of cafe’s, Neha truly enjoys tea’s and breads. We think AMPM is made for her as a glass of wine, live music and good company is all she needs!

She has a good understanding of people and behaviours and is able envision ways to keep our customers upbeat. Priyal enjoys the ample learning opportunities she receives at BHPL. She loves trying new places, meeting new people and building relationships. In her spare time, she relishes a yummy Italian meal followed by a movie!

He has developed a passion for his role and appreciates that his work allows him to network, interact and learn from many in the business. Dinesh claims his hobby and his work are one and the same thing. In his spare time, he likes to relax and enjoy his favourite paneer lababdar.
